Leadership Development

God loves His worldwide Church and gives us leaders for our blessing. If our church is going to have a bright future, be healthy and even grow in numbers, we are going need new leaders. ​The New Testament expects that they'll come from among existing believers in their local church. We want to follow this pattern, so that we hone and pass on our own 'DNA' - the things that make us as a church and how we do things unique.

We'll be meeting once a month over the year, drawing on Scripture and enabling plenty of discussion. We're recommending people read this book - for a voluntary donation of £7. And we'll be looking at helpful leadership skills like how to lead a Bible study, lead a worship service, and give a Bible-based talk.
