Thanksgiving Weekend

Saturday 17 May

2.00pm - We celebrated and gave thanks to God for 60 years of worship at Albert Road. Guest speaker Rev Simon Mattholie from Rural Ministries spoke from Acts 4.31 on "Church next". His message should be available to download shortly.

3.30pm - Cutting of anniversary cake, with tea/coffee etc available. Plus, we took a photo outside church of everyone present.

Sunday 18th May

10.30am - The family service continued our worship and praise. Rev Simon Mattholie joined us again to speak from Joshua 3.1-4.11 on "Stepping out on faith".

11.45am - Whole church family photo.

12.00pm - Bring-and-share lunch, followed by some thoughts from Russell on the status quo at Albert Road.
